Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Also contained in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing distinct parts of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
